Monrad pairing

Monrad pairing is performed with one of three rule sets supported in TS: 

• The (old) FIDE monrad pairing
• The (well designed) Norwegian monrad system.
• The (very flexible) "Konrad" variation

In a "Konrad" tournament you may specify that two players may meet more than once, easing a not-so-ambitious tournament where perhaps not all players are available every round.
